Eat This
Satay!!!
That's skewered beef, chicken, mutton or pork (if you're not muslim) that's grilled to perfection on an open flame, then eaten with a tasty peanut sauce and a densely-packed ketupat rice ball.
Lester! it's jac, your previous assistant! How's everything going? Mooncake fest is round the corner, reminds me of all those mooncakes (chocolate,birdsnest,some crazy shit)sent to timeout last year...anyway seeing this photo, i have a similar photo-all the way from pescara here in italy. They have something like satay, but it's called arrosticini. I'll send you the link shortly!
