It's Sinulog Saturday here in Cebu... tomorrow's the grand parade and the whole city's abuzz. As I type this entry in an internet cafe the streets outside are crawling with folks going out and about. There's a live band playing at the nearby Fuente Osmena circle and smoke coming from grilleries everywere.
